We never rent or sell your information. We use your personal information to process your order and to provide you excellent customer service.
All orders of in stock items received before 2 pm central time will be filled and shipped the same day.
Sales Tax is only applied to orders shipping to the state of TX.
All orders shipping outside of TX, will not be charged sales tax.
Return Procedure
We will only accept returns purchased at Designer Plumbing Solutions. To initiate a return please contact our customer service department by email: designerps@ymail.com or by telephone 1-877-542-2760 Telephone hours are from 8 am to 5:00 pm Central Time. Please do not ship packages to our office. Contact us for a return authorization and we will supply you with the correct shipping address and information. You must keep tracking numbers for any products shipped back to Designer Plumbing Solutions.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the day your product is delivered.
Return Requirements
* All Merchandise must be in new un-used condition
* All Merchandise must be in original packaging with no damage or markings to factory package. Shipping labels must not be put on factory packaging.
* All returned items must have original paper work and installation instructions.
* Returned products must include a return authorization number and customer Information.
* Pack products in a larger box to avoid damage to original packaging, do not stick shipping labels on original packaging.
* Returned items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order after it is placed, however we usually ship all orders out the same day they are received. So please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order. Otherwise our standard return policy will apply and you will be responsible for shipping back the item.
Defective Items
We only sell top quality, Factory First New Products. In the rare event you receive a defective item, our staff will be glad to contact the manufacture for you to initiate the return and replacement of your defective item. In some cases the items must be sent back to the Manufacturer’s distributor. If this is the case, we will ship you out new items and accept the return of your defective item. Defective items are not charged a re-stocking fee.
Note: Designer Plumbing Solutions will not be held responsible for labor costs that resulted from installation of incorrect or defective parts.
How does our return program work?
When you contact us about a return your return authorization will be processed in 1 to 2 business days. We will email you a RA document with the address to send back your items to be returned. Please write the RA number on the outside of the box that you packed your product and its original factory box in. *Do not write on the factory box. Your return will arrive at our Warehouse and we will open and inspect the item/s. We will then process your credit back to the original card used.
We process your credit within 3 to 4 Business days from the time we receive your Return. However, Please allow up to 15 to 20 Days for your credit to be applied. This is due to processing times for each individual bank and credit card company.
We will send you via email a copy of the return credit receipt once we process your credit.
Orders may not be delivered to PO Boxes. All orders must have a physical shipping address.
MOTOR FREIGHT ORDERS:
Please Read Below If your order has shipped via Motor Freight, Do not accept any packages with visible damage to the outside.
NOTE: Large Items Shipped Via Motor Freight are not delivered into your home or project. Please arrange to have a crew to move these items to your desired location.
ALL MOTOR FREIGHT ORDERS - Must open and inspect your package before signing any release. This must be completed, otherwise, the carrier will not issue credit, once the order is signed for and released. Therefore we will not be able to issue credits on Motor Freight Orders that have been signed for and released. It is your responsibility to inspect for damage before releasing the order from the shipper.
